Are your diamonds ethically sourced?
Yes. We comply fully with the Kimberley Process and work only with suppliers who meet strict ethical standards. You can wear your diamond knowing it came into the world without causing harm. That peace of mind is part of what we offer: and it’s priceless.
Why are your prices lower than those of other jewellery stores?
Because we’re wholesalers, not retailers: and that’s a massive difference. Traditional jewellery stores buy from distributors who bought from wholesalers who bought from manufacturers. Each step adds a markup. We sit at the source, which means all those markups simply don’t exist. You pay for the diamond. Not for someone else’s showroom lighting.
What does it mean that you are wholesalers?
It means we source directly from suppliers: and in our case, we actually manufacture our own jewellery in-house from rough diamond supply. We’ve removed every unnecessary step between the mine and your finger. No middlemen. No inflated retail margins. Just honest, direct value.
How does buying from a wholesaler benefit me?

From consultation to completion, the process typically takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the availability of your chosen stone. The CAD design phase alone can take up to a week: but good things are worth waiting for, and we won’t rush precision.
What is the CAD design process?
CAD stands for Computer-Aided Design. Before a single gram of gold is melted, you get to see a detailed 3D digital model of exactly how your ring will look: every angle, every detail. This means no surprises and no regrets. You approve it, then we build it. Simple, smart, and incredibly satisfying.
How long does it take to manufacture jewellery?
Manufacturing typically takes two to four weeks after design approval, depending on the complexity of the piece. We don’t rush craftsmanship: every piece that leaves our factory meets the standard of quality we’ve built our reputation on over 50 years.
How long does it take to source a specific diamond or gemstone?
For most requests, we can source a stone within one to five business days. We have access to an extensive network of trusted suppliers, so finding the right stone for your specifications is usually quick: even for unusual requests.
Can you source specific diamonds or gemstones on request?
Yes, and this is a genuine speciality of ours. If you have a very specific wish list: a particular carat weight, colour grade, cut, or rare gemstone variety: we’ll track it down. Our industry relationships mean we have access to stones you simply won’t find in a standard retail store.
Do you offer urgent or express services?
If timing is tight, speak to us. Depending on the design complexity and stone availability, we may be able to accommodate urgent requests. We can’t promise miracles, but we will absolutely do everything in our power to make important moments happen on time.

Do you stock gemstones such as sapphires, emeralds, and rubies?
Yes: we source high-quality coloured gemstones on request. Sapphires, emeralds, rubies, and many others are available depending on your specifications. If you have a particular stone or colour in mind, bring that inspiration to your consultation and we’ll make it happen.
Are gemstones suitable for engagement rings?
They absolutely can be: and they’re increasingly popular for clients who want something distinctive. That said, durability matters for a ring worn daily. Sapphires and rubies (rating 9/10 on the Mohs hardness scale) are excellent for daily wear. Emeralds, while stunningly beautiful, are softer and more prone to chipping: so they require a little more care. Our team will guide you to the best choice for your lifestyle.

What is the difference between 9kt, 14kt, and 18kt gold?
The ‘kt’ (karat) refers to the gold content. 18kt gold contains 75% pure gold: rich in colour and prestige, but slightly softer. 14kt is 58.3% gold: a popular choice that balances durability with that warm golden look. 9kt is 37.5% gold: the most durable of the three, better for active lifestyles, and more affordable.
